Buxton self-catering accommodation: Hawthornden - sleeps 4 + baby in 2 en-suite bedrooms. This well-appointed apartment forms the self-contained, lower ground floor of a large Edwardian family home. It is just a few minutes walk from the centre of Buxton and all its attractions, whilst also providing a great base for exploring the beautiful local countryside.

Weekly prices £275 - £495.  Available for summer months and school holidays.  Short breaks may be available. Please e-mail or call for further details.

Accommodation details
Completely self-contained, Hawthornden apartment comprises:
- Large, hardwood living/dining conservatory with French doors to the garden.  Underfloor heating, 40" flatscreen TV with Sky Sports & Blu-ray player.
- Comfortable lounge/dining room, with TV, DVD and video.
- Spacious hallway includes study area with desktop computer and doors off to:
- 2 bedrooms - one double and one twin, both with en-suite showers and LCD TVs.
- Fully fitted kitchen, with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
- Gas central heating throughout.
- Bedlinen and towels will be provided. Travel cot, high-chair and babybath can be provided by arrangement.

Gardens
Visitors are invited to share our beautiful garden and woodland. We have a large lawn for games, a sunny patio for relaxing and al fresco eating, two ponds full of wildlife plus a wonderful wood with paths leading down to Hogshaw brook.

Buxton
Hawthornden is situated within an easy walk of both Buxton town centre and its beautiful surrounding countryside. The Buxton Opera House and Pavilion Gardens are only 15 minutes away, together with all the shops, restaurants, bars and pubs of this fascinating spa town.
