Hall Farm Cottages
Three centrally located ETC 3 star holiday properties - Grindon, Manifold and Thors - sleeping 3, 4 and 5 respectively. Sorry no pets. Large games room, with adjacent large patio and small playground/climbing frame on site, set in picturesque village location, with large village of Ashbourne nearby for all amenities.
Prices
Prices range from £175 to £475 per week, per cottage. Please check website or get in touch for exact prices and availability.

Cottage Information
Each cottage provides open plan living with two bedrooms and a bathroom. The bathrooms have a bath with an electric shower, wash basin, w.c. and a heated towel rail.
The cottages are well equipped with:
*Full size cooker, fridge, microwave
*Digital TV with Freeview, DVD and video, radio/CD player, hair dryer.
*Towels, linen and electricity are included in the price.
*Cot and high chair are available on request.
*3 night stays are available starting on Fridays.
*4 night stays are available starting on Mondays.
*3 and 4 night stays are charged at 75% of the weekly price.
*2 night stays are available at off peak times. Please enquire if interested.

More Information
We have 3 delightful stone built cottages set in two acres of paddock land and beautiful gardens and surrounded by peaceful open countryside with magnificent views of the Manifold Valley and Thors cave.
The cottages provide comfortable self-catering accommodation sleeping 3, 4 and 5 or a combination of up to 12.
Grindon is a single storey cottage sleeping up to 3. It features a double bedroom with a 4-poster bed and a single bedroom with a 2' 6" wide bed.
Thors and Manifold are adjacent two-storey cottages and sleep 5 and 4 respectively.
Thors has a double bedroom and a bunk-bed room with a double bed below and a single bunk above.
Manifold has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
