A single flight of stairs takes you to this good sized first floor apartment, with high ceilings adding to its period Victorian style character.
As you enter the apartment, off the hall to the front, is the fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with the wooden floors and granite kitchen worktops adding to its style.
The two bedrooms are both of a good size, one with a king size double bed and en suite bathroom with bath and shower over hand basin and toilet.
The second bedroom has two single beds en suite bathroom with shower cubicle, hand basin and toilet. Please note Gilbert and Sullivan are at the same location – it is possible for up to 12 people to dine together in Sullivan.
There are two residents parking permits in the property.
SULLIVAN apartment - sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms
This second floor apartment is on two floors providing good sized accommodation with character. There is further interesting features as the top floor rooms are in the eaves of the house, with sloping ceilings adding to its overall charm.
Similar in some respects to Gilbert, the open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area is to the front of the building, which takes in views of the market square and far reaching views to the hills. It is fully equipped with all the essentials you will require and also has wooden floors and granite worktops showing off its quality.
To the rear are two bedrooms, one with a 6 ft. king size bed and one twin bedroom .Each bedroom has its own en suite shower room one with bath and shower over, with hand basin and toilet.
A flight of stairs with impressive sky light takes you to a further bedrooms, one king size double, the other two single beds. Also on this floor is a large general bathroom, with bath and shower over, hand basin and toilet.
There are two residents parking permits in the property.
